I've had a couple of requests for this recipe, so this week's noteworthy recipe is Chandler's Chicken and Wild Rice casserole. The link is on the right hand side under "Culinary Corner." Recipe notes: I substituted cream of celery soup for the cream of mushroom, and added a teaspoon of thyme and a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to the final mixture. Delicious!
